CLIP re-accreditation of Pertamina Corporate University

We are delighted to announce that Pertamina Corporate University (PCU) has recently received the EFMD Corporate Learning Improvement Process (CLIP) re-accreditation.

Pertamina was the first Indonesian company to successfully complete the Corporate Learning Improvement Process, i.e. to get CLIP accredited, and it has been again the first to go through re-accreditation. The new CLIP quality framework got thereby applied for the first time.

Martin Moehrle, Director of CLIP at EFMD, congratulates PCU under the leadership of its head Roby Rafid for the successful re-accreditation: ‘The peer review team was particularly impressed by Pertamina’s Catalyser leadership acceleration program and by its strong learning culture. Furthermore, by PCU’s engagement of a large internal learning ecosystem, and by its successful launch of digital learning and sharing tools at the outbreak of the pandemic. PCU has proven a disciplined impact measurement, and has been organising the Leader Forum that convokes senior management on a monthly basis for a learning and sharing session. We are looking forward to the continued engagement of PCU in the CLIP community.’
