The Graduate Management Admission Council has worked for over 60 years with graduate business school professionals from around the world. Steeped in recruitment, admissions and marketing expertise and experience, we see the need for more formal education and training for business school professionals responsible for these practices.

The Admissions Institute for New Professionals (AINP) Europe is a robust programme essential for every new professional in recruitment, admissions and marketing. Ideally, participants should have between six and eighteen months of work experience within these different areas of graduate management education to be eligible, but participants with less than six or more than eighteen months are also welcome.

We are delighted to host the Admissions Institute for New Professionals (AINP) Europe at Warwick Business School’s London campus at The Shard from 24-26 March 2025. Programme participants will prepare for the programme by studying a combination of videos and case studies so they can begin to make an immediate impact.
