Seamless alignment of learning and business goals
The CLIP peer review team highlighted several positive aspects of BPJS Kesehatan Corporate University’s operations. One of the standout features is its systematic approach to experiential learning, which effectively combines experience, exposure, and education in alignment with the 70:20:10 principle.
Through the Post-Learning Individual Assignments (POLINA), participants apply their learning to real workplace challenges, fostering innovation and practical impact. The organisation’s well-structured career management system was also commended for its clarity and integration of individual development and long-term career planning, which supports talent development and sustains a strong leadership pipeline.
BPJSKCU’s seamless integration with business operations through its faculties and learning coordinators ensures alignment between learning objectives and organisational needs, further strengthened by initiatives such as the POLINA programme and the publication of the National Health Insurance Journal. The institution’s commitment to learning is underscored by its 40-hour annual learning target, which encourages employees to engage in continuous development through diverse methods.
Additionally, its comprehensive evaluation framework, including the Kirkpatrick impact model and select RoI analyses, demonstrates a strong focus on measurable outcomes. Finally, BPJSKCU’s agility in reallocating budgets for learning initiatives based on performance reviews highlights its responsiveness to organisational priorities and its commitment to fostering continuous growth and innovation.
“Aligned with this year’s goal for the Corporate University to go international, since June 2024, the Corporate University has been undergoing the CLIP Accreditation process organised by EFMD. We are grateful to have achieved this accreditation on January 8, 2025, for the next three years. This further strengthens our efforts to build an international social insurance ecosystem and establish the Corporate University as a global reference for learning, particularly in social insurance,” said Falah Rakhmatiana, Head of the Corporate University.
