Help us support exiled students by sharing our questionnaire and making a difference
In May 2024, EFMD, together with Poznan University of Economics and Business, Haute Ecole de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg, Kozminski University, Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, New Bulgarian University, Kaunas University of Technology, and the Ukrainian Catholic University launched the EXIL Project.
This initiative aims to improve the integration of exiled students in EU universities and business schools, as well as raise awareness of the role HEIs play in humanitarian crises.
To collect the insights of these students about their needs and challenges, the EXIL partners have developed a questionnaire. This input will ultimately guide our efforts to foster a more inclusive and supportive academic environment for these students.
We need your help
Now, we are reaching out to you, the EFMD community, to ask for your support. By sharing this questionnaire within your network, you can help us reach as many exiled students as possible. Every response contributes to a clearer understanding of the challenges faced by these students.
About EXIL
Sharing EXperiences in Integrating dispLaced students (EXIL) aims to support exiled students in continuing their studies in other European universities.
To achieve its goal, EXIL’s partners will deliver:
- A multi-country report describing the needs, expectations, and constraints of exiled students.
- A collection of best practices on how HEIs can improve the inclusion of exiled students.
- Two Recommendation Guides on how to adapt pedagogy and support services to the needs and constraints of exiled students.
The consortium will also create a “Special Interest Group” that will gather experts on the topic to raise awareness and continue the discussion regarding the role of HEIs in welcoming exiled students.
Thank you for making a difference!
