Building what’s next: A shared agenda for business education
EFMD and BITSoM invite business school leaders to take part in the Global Perspectives Survey.
EFMD and the BITS School of Management (BITSoM) are bringing together business school leaders for the All India Deans Conference to be held in Mumbai on 8-9 October 2026. The conference will explore key questions shaping business education today, and selected insights will also be shared at the 2026 EFMD Asia Annual Conference in Wuhan, China.
As part of this initiative, EFMD and BITSoM have launched the Global Perspectives Survey – Building What’s Next: A Shared Agenda for Business Education, a study targeted at international business schools to understand how they perceive Indian business education, particularly in light of recent policy changes that have increased the country’s attractiveness as a destination for international institutions.
We invite Deans, Directors, and other business school leaders from across the world to share their perspectives on three areas that are increasingly shaping business education:
- International engagement, including how business schools are approaching global collaboration.
- Artificial intelligence, including how leaders view its implications for business schools, how business schools are responding, and the challenges they are navigating.
- The wider shifts affecting business education include changing employer expectations and demand for degree programs, new learning models, financial considerations, and changes in the academic workforce.
Take part in the survey
Through this survey, we aim to bring a broader range of leadership perspectives into the conference discussion and identify priority areas to shape the next phase of business education in India.
Your responses will also be used to develop a post-conference report that will be shared with the wider EFMD community. Responses will be reported in aggregate, and any individual comments quoted will be anonymised.
