JLL France becomes the second certified LIFT (Learning Impact for Today and Tomorrow) pilot organisation

In its 2023 pilot phase, LIFT (Learning Impact for Today and Tomorrow) is an EFMD certification that was created in 2022 using a design thinking approach with inputs from over 30 organisations, including CLIP-accredited learning functions and EQUIS-accredited business schools. JLL France is the second organisation to complete the LIFT process.
“JLL has been another good pilot to demonstrate that the LIFT can be applied to learning functions of all sizes,” said Steven Smith, Senior Advisor Corporate Services and LIFT Lead, EFMD Global.
JLL is a global real estate services firm specialising in commercial property and investment management, providing services for real estate owners, occupiers and investors worldwide. Leading the way on sustainability is fundamental to JLL’s purpose to shape the future of real estate for a better world.
By developing organisational core competencies in sustainability, technology and innovation, JLL Academy’s ultimate goal is to establish JLL as a trend-setter and influencer in professional education in the real estate sector.
”LIFT is a unique opportunity that enables us to deeply reflect on how learning delivers impact, involve key stakeholders in the conversation and shape our implicit guiding principles into frameworks,” said Evgeny Lukin, Head of Learning & Development JLL France. “It also allows us to promote the work the JLL Academy is doing within the organisation and receive external recognition that will allow JLL to differentiate itself in the market.”
Steven Smith added, “While the JLL France Learning team is small, they have demonstrated that by aligning themselves closely to the organisation’s strategy on sustainability, they have been able to contribute to developing the knowledge, skills and capabilities necessary to allow JLL to win in the market as confirmed by the CEO, Executive Committee and learners.”
