Reimagining Diversity

Cambridge Judge Business School Wo+Men’s Leadership Conference, Saturday 14 March 2020

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Cambridge Judge Business School’s Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre (WLC) is hosting a one-day conference Reimagining Diversity on Saturday 14 March 2020.

The WLC’s mission is to be a hub for global thought leadership, making the necessary changes to foster a gender-balanced workforce.  This annual conference is an important part of the Centre’s work to create networks, foster dialogue, and action.

This year’s conference will provide invaluable insight for both women and men wanting a deeper understanding of what makes successful business leaders. The Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre is delighted to welcome keynote speakers Alison Loehnis, President of NET-A-PORTER and Mr Porter, In Conversation with Ruth Kennedy, Managing Director at Kennedy Dundas. Attendees will participate in panel discussions on diverse topics – gender diversity across cultures and industries, navigating career advancement, and the role of male allies in building support throughout the organisation. In addition, an interactive workshop run by Steps Academy will highlight how bias and assumptions can affect genders in the workplace and help attendees understand how to assert and challenge such bias.

The WLC would like to thank Goldman Sachs for their generous sponsorship of this year’s conference.
