“It’s been said that gender equality is the unfinished business of the 21st century; our purpose is to help women realise and embrace their potential to become successful leaders, challenging perceptions and encouraging more women to see themselves as future business leaders.” Tracey Horn, Executive Director, Wo+Men’s Leadership Centre, Cambridge Judge Business School.

Date: Saturday 4 October

Venue: Cambridge Judge Business School, Trumpington Street, Cambridge

At this year’s conference, we look toward the future with the theme of Trust.

Throughout the day, leading thinkers and practitioners will explore what it takes to build trust within ourselves, our teams and our organisations to drive both performance and belonging. Everyone has a role to play, so do join us for a day full of networking, holistic thinking and innovative action.
