Invitation to the 8th Responsible Research Summit on 22–24 June 2026

RRBM responsible research

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 8th Responsible Research Summit, to be held on 22–24 June 2026 at Kozminski University in Warsaw.

We are honoured to host this year’s edition of the Summit together with Responsible Research in Business and Management (RRBM), in partnership with EFMD Global, AACSB International, and PRME. Held under the theme AI & Responsible Research: Advancing Credibility and Relevance, the event will bring together scholars, academic leaders, and institutional representatives to examine the future of ethical, credible, and socially meaningful research.

The programme also includes a Professional Development Workshop for doctoral and early career researchers on the first day of the event. We would appreciate your sharing this opportunity with your doctoral candidates, junior faculty, and early-career colleagues.

The following two days will feature plenary sessions and discussions with distinguished speakers from across the international academic sector, including EFMD Global President Eric Cornuel and Alfons Sauquet, Director of EQUIS and EFMD Quality Services.

Perspectives on AI, responsible research and management

As artificial intelligence reshapes how knowledge is produced, evaluated, and trusted, universities and researchers face pressing questions concerning academic integrity, public confidence, and societal contribution. The Summit will provide a forum for considering how emerging technologies can support rigorous scholarship while preserving the principles that underpin responsible inquiry.

Hosted in Warsaw, one of Central and Eastern Europe’s leading centres of innovation, the event also reflects the region’s growing role in international discussions surrounding AI-enabled research and higher education. Across three days, participants will engage in keynote sessions, panels, and collaborative discussions examining research quality, access to knowledge, and inclusive scholarly practice.

The programme will highlight examples of responsible research and create opportunities for new partnerships aligned with the vision of Responsible Research in Business and Management (RRBM). By bringing together perspectives from academia, industry, and institutions across different regions, the Summit aims to encourage renewed commitment to research that delivers meaningful societal value.

We warmly encourage you to register and join us in Warsaw for this important gathering.

Registration and further information are available on the Kozminski University event site. Here is more information from Prof. Grzegorz Mazurek, PhD, Rector of Kozminski University and Vice President of EFMD Global for the CEE Region.
