The ESCA Africa Case Conference will be held in Casablanca on 21–22 May 2026 to bring together case centre directors, faculty members, case writers, publishers, and institutional partners to advance case writing and case-based teaching across Africa.
This edition focuses on “Local Voices: African Case Studies in Global Business Education.” It will highlight African business realities, managerial practices, and entrepreneurial dynamics, demonstrating how locally grounded cases can contribute to global learning while strengthening African representation in management education.
African case teaching and writing
The conference aims to support the development of a sustainable framework for case writing and teaching. By convening academics, publishers, and practitioners, it seeks to encourage the production of high-quality African cases, foster institutional collaboration, and support the integration of diverse business experiences into management education worldwide.
It also seeks to strengthen an African case community that produces and shares context-rich case studies. Amplifying African perspectives will position these cases as essential contributions to global business education.
