On behalf of The Academy of Business in Society (ABIS), we would like to bring to your attention our upcoming third edition of the Mentoring Programme for Early Stage Researches, running from October 2023 to June 2024.

We are pleased to announce that we already have a pool of more than 20 highly experienced academic mentors, coming from 18 countries of origin, representing institutions such as the University of Sheffield, Copenhagen Business School, Nottingham Trent University, Manchester Metropolitan University, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and Universidad Pontificia Comillas.

We are inviting applications from Early-Stage Researchers (ESRs) engaged in research focused on a sustainable development issue to receive guidance and grow professionally and personally as mentees.

The ESRs will receive 6-8 hours of 1:1 mentoring sessions over 9 months (face-to-face or online) with one of our highly experienced mentors, plus workshops and support from the ABIS team. The programme will greatly help ESRs who could use more support than what is provided at their universities. It will also offer a safe space to share ideas, address challenges and test their wings without fear and performance concerns.
