Check out who’s coming to the 2022 EFMD Global Fairs Powered by Highered

global fairs

We have an all-star line-up of speakers prepared to take centre stage at the April edition of the EFMD Global Fairs Powered by Highered. The following speakers are ready to engage with the thousands of students and graduates already registered from more than 100+ EFMD schools around the world:

The Digital Conference on Day 1, Tuesday, 5 April, will kick off with Anke Strauss, Head, Talent Management at the UN’s International Organization for Migration (IOM). She will discuss “The Geopolitical Impact on Talent Acquisition”, shedding light on international career opportunities with a social purpose.

We will continue the discussion on Day 2, Wednesday, 6 April, getting “Up Close and Personal – BBVA’s take on Remote Work, The Great Resignation and STEM Talent”. Join Ophélie Richard, Talent Acquisition-Discipline Head, and Cristina Gabriel, Global Head of Talent & Culture Engineering (BBVA), for an interactive conversation on the pressing topics for both talent and leading global employers, such as BBVA.

The final day, Thursday, 7 April, will wrap up with Maria Degener, Brewery Operations Director – Business Unit Central (Germany, Italy, Nordics, Middle East). Maria will inspire our audience on building a career in Supply Chain and the empowerment of women in leadership.

As the Digital Conference speakers engage with the audience live in their plenary sessions taking place each day, their colleagues will be standing by in their organizations’ virtual stands to connect individually with talent interested in learning more about their opportunities.

Back by popular demand, we will continue to welcome talent to the live CV Clinics taking place twice daily, with the innovation of now having recruiters join as co-hosts. Companies such as L’Oreal, Diageo, Axa Investment Managers and Fortinet, have already reserved their CV Clinic and will engage the talent in a unique setting which creates a very positive employer branding opportunity. Over the last year, we have welcomed more than 13,000 students and graduates to the Highered CV Clinics. If you are yet to be a part of this unique experience, don’t miss out on this edition!

Whether you are an EFMD academic institution wishing to invite your talent to participate, a recruiter eager to connect with global talent, or a student or alum of an EFMD school interested in meeting leading organizations hiring top talent, there is still time to be a part of the action!
