Initial EFMD Programme Accreditation of SCBS Grande Ecole Programme

We are pleased to announce the programme accreditation of South Champagne Business School’s (SCBS) Grande Ecole Programme.
Founded in 1992, SCBS is a well-established institution showcasing a solid engagement and sense of responsibility within its local community and its students. Supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Troyes and the Aube, and other local authorities, SCBS is part of the Y Schools management ecosystem.
For Céline Fauchot, SCBS Dean, this international accreditation is the result of substantial teamwork.
‘In addition to recognising the quality of the diploma, this accreditation embodies our ambition and our strong positioning, particularly in terms of teaching and research as well as preparation for employment. It particularly highlights the quality of the work and commitment provided by the teaching and administrative teams of the school. This new dimension brought to our school will help us to meet the requirements of a very competitive world and to wear the colours of our territory far beyond our borders.’
SCBS offers a large variety of programmes, among which the Grande Ecoles Master Programme, a master in management offering various tracks and specialisations from entrepreneurship to design, finance and marketing. Thanks to excellent connections with the world of practice, the programme provides opportunities to students on the internships track and high employability. Its student-centric pedagogical methods also confer graduates an excellent environment for individual development.
Congratulating the school on its achievement Barbara Sporn, EFMD Programme Accreditation Director, commented: ‘We are happy to welcome SCBS Grande Ecole Programme to the pool of EFMD Accredited programmes. This achievement illustrates the school’s commitment to the continuous quality improvement of their programme, and we are looking forward to accompanying them on this journey.’
During the same accreditation board, the following institutions were also granted the EFMD Programme Re-Accreditation:
