We are delighted to announce that MLP Corporate University (MLP CU) has recently received EFMD Corporate Learning Improvement Process (CLIP) re-accreditation.
CLIP’s comprehensive framework incorporates a broad view of Corporate Learning & Development, including all relevant stakeholders of the learning function, as well as covering all essential strategic and operational aspects related to managing learning and talent development within a corporate context.
Congratulating MLP CU on its success, Martin Moehrle, Director of Corporate Services, who leads the CLIP process at EFMD, commented: “EFMD is delighted that MLP Corporate University has successfully gone through the CLIP re-accreditation process. The Peer Review Team was particularly impressed by MLP CU’s high visibility and strong positioning within the organisation and, among other things, by the smart configuration of its program portfolio. Congratulations to the whole MLP team for this achievement. We are looking forward to their contribution to the CLIP community.”
Over the years, MLP CU has established itself as a central hub for networking at MLP. With a 100% participation rate, MLP CU confirms its strong position within the organisation as well as the essential role it plays in the success of the consultants and the company. The training benefits from being delivered mostly by peer consultants, forging a strong peer-to-peer learning culture.
