We are proud to announce that the Saint-Gobain Group Learning & Development (SGLD) was accredited by the EFMD Corporate Learning Improvement Process (CLIP).
CLIP is a unique accreditation run by EFMD that focuses on identifying the key factors that determine quality in the design and functioning of corporate universities and learning organisations.
Martin Moehrle, Director of Corporate Services at EFMD, who leads the CLIP process, commented: “EFMD is glad that Saint-Gobain Group learning & development has recently undergone the rigorous process of earning CLIP accreditation and we hope SGLD will leverage that status for greater international recognition, their employees, potential partners, and broad societal impact.”
SGLD encourages constant talent management and talent mobility, which makes the learning environment a vibrant space open to cross-enterprise mobility.
Saint-Gobain is equally aware that coaches and managers have a vital role for building successful learning cultures and offers coaching across the broad spectrum of its activities, including leadership development programmes.
Martin Moehrle concluded: “We were impressed by the top management’s involvement in learning, by the coaching practice and the way SGLD implements blended learning and explores digital learning practices.”
