We are proud to announce that the EPAS Accreditation Board has recently awarded the EPAS accreditation to the Faculty of International Business and Communication, Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, for its BBA International Business.
Manon Niesten, Programme Director at the Faculty of International Business and Communication, said: “We are obviously very proud that the quality of our education is acknowledged, but the achievement of this accreditation is a stepping stone rather than a final station for us. EPAS will challenge us to keep improving and to set our ambitions and standards even higher”.
The BBA International Business has an objective to train ‘entrepreneurial professionals with a global mind’. The school is achieving its goal thanks to the practical orientation of its curriculum and excellent cooperation with the business world. The school puts a strong focus on the personal development of its students and the complementarity of research and education.
“We are delighted to welcome the Faculty of International Business and Communication, Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, to the pool of institutions with EPAS accredited programmes. Their BBA International Business is undergoing exciting changes towards an active, case-based and research inspired pedagogy whilst being committed to quality improvement, and we are delighted to accompany them on their journey towards excellence,” commented Jens Tøndel, EPAS Director.
EPAS was launched in 2005 and in 14 years has had a considerable impact on the quality of business schools programmes all over the world. The programme accreditation from EFMD is one of the most demanding yet effective ways to certify the quality of a programme in the field of business and management.
