    Hello,

    I am Robert Weisz, professor of organizational behavior.
    I worked during more than 40 years in Aix-Marseille University and I was the dean of IAE d’Aix-en-Provence (Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management) from 1992 to 1998 and I led the school to get Equis accredited.
    I keep on doing research on my favorite topics, Emotional Intelligence, Behavioral Agility and Leadership.
    I elaborated models to better explain and improve interpersonal communication.
    I would be ready to share some very interesting findings in your blog.
