We invite you to join a multi-stakeholder workshop held in the context of the upcoming Global Peter Drucker Forum in Vienna on 28-30 November.
EFMD is a strategic partner of the 10th Drucker Forum. The workshop is entitled:

Developing Leaders for the 21st Century
“Oh the times, they are a‘ changing …“ and what can we do about it?

The workshop will be chaired by Andrew Hill, Management editor of the FT and moderated by Johan Roos, Chief Academic Officer, Hult International Business School together with Martin Möhrle, Associate Director EFMD Corporate Services.

The workshop will be held in an interactive format with ample discussion opportunities on theme-oriented tables with table leads including:
Philip Kotler (Kelogg), Betsy Ziegler (CEO of 1871 Incubator, Chicago), Henry Mintzberg (McGill), Julia Wang (President Drucker Academy Hong Kong), Yves Doz (INSEAD), Mikko Kosonen (President of Sitra, Finland), Laurent Choain (Chief People & Communications Officer, Mazars Group) and Claudio Ferandez Araoz (Egon Zehnder and HBS).

Before moving to the table discussion, keynotes will be delivered and at the end Andrew Hill together with the table leads will steer a summary discussion towards sound conclusions.

We will address the following key questions:

  • What skills do young managers perceive as the most required today—both the “evergreen” and the emerging ones?  Thanks to our survey we will operate with the most recent data.
  • What are the effective and responsible ways to organize management development activities throughout one’s entire work life?
  • How can business schools and other providers of knowledge and education be the best supporting players in the global development?

We invite you to register now as the Drucker Forum is filling up rapidly and the hotel capacity is limited due the Austrian EU Presidency in the 2nd half of this year.
